We do our best to help anyone who needs our services, so even if you live outside our service area, please feel free to contact us!
Due to the nature of the work, we book appointments in blocks - either in the morning or the afternoon (or both, depending on size/scope).
Standard pricing includes properties within 40 miles of Augusta, KS (red area).
An additional distance fee of $50 applies to Home inspections outside 40+ Miles (blue area), and a $25 fee for radon, sewer, and WDO.
FOR SELF CHECKOUT: If the property lies in the 40+ mile area (blue area), please select YES for “Extended Service Area” when adding services to cart, to include the travel fee in your total.
